What materials do you use for 3D printing?

We primarily use PLA and PLA+ filament for our FDM (fused deposition modeling) prints — a durable, widely used plastic that produces great results for toys, gifts, decor, and functional items. For high-detail work, we use resin, which captures fine features beautifully. Have a specific material requirement for a custom order? Just ask!

How long does it take to make my order?

Because everything is made by hand or printed to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom orders typically take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity and quantity. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes! Custom orders are one of our specialties. We can produce 3D prints in specific colors, create items in bulk for events, and handle special crochet requests. Visit our Custom Services page to learn more, or email support@cubecraftcreations.com with your idea.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@cubecraftcreations.com. Include a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will make it right — we stand behind everything we make.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most of our items are handmade or printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for correctly fulfilled orders. However, if there's an issue — wrong item, defective print, or shipping damage — please reach out and we'll resolve it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it on the USPS website or UPS website. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — follow us on social media for updates.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! If you're in the Beaver Falls, PA area (Western Pennsylvania), local pickup is available. Email support@cubecraftcreations.com before placing your order to arrange a convenient time.

Do you sell at craft fairs or local markets?

What sizes and colors are available?

It depends on the item — check each product listing for available options. For custom orders, we can often accommodate specific color requests. Contact us to discuss.

How do I care for my crocheted item?

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid the dryer — heat can cause shrinkage. Store flat or folded, not hung, to maintain shape.

How do I care for my 3D printed item?

Our PLA prints are durable but heat-sensitive — avoid leaving them in a hot car, near heaters, or in direct sunlight for extended periods. Clean with a soft damp cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
