Refund policy

At CubeCraft Creations, every piece is crafted with care. We want you to be happy with your order, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our shop.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is in new, unused, and resellable condition
  • Item is returned with any original packaging or inserts (if applicable)


Unless we made an error, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their made-to-order and personalized nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items (including names, dates, colors, or design changes)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Digital products or downloads


If you’re unsure whether your item is considered custom, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged in transit)


Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.



4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return


If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for mailing your item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing time after approval (your bank or card issuer may require additional time)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged/defective


6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a non-custom item for a different style, design, or color:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Return the original item in new, unused condition
  3. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll ship the replacement item


In most cases, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
