We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories via USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to check your delivery status on the carrier's website. If you don't receive tracking info within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@cubecraftcreations.com.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days at support@cubecraftcreations.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Local pickup is available in Beaver Falls, PA. If you'd like to pick up your order, email us at support@cubecraftcreations.com before placing your order so we can arrange a time and remove shipping charges.
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing holiday orders early! Check our social media and homepage for holiday cutoff dates.
