Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our small, veteran-owned family shop! Every item in our store is handmade or 3D printed right here in Beaver Falls, PA — so we truly appreciate your patience as we craft your order with care.

Processing Time

Because most of our items are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. This includes the time needed to print, finish, and carefully package your items. Larger or more complex items (like multi-part prints, custom builds, or resin pieces) may take up to 7 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take a day or two longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on package size, weight, and your location. We choose the best option for your order to keep costs reasonable and delivery reliable.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the method you choose — no surprises.

• Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after your order ships.
• Expedited Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days after your order ships. Available at checkout for most orders.

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future — follow us on social media for updates!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the USPS or UPS website to follow your package all the way to your door. If you don't see a tracking email, please check your spam folder and then reach out to us at support@cubecraftcreations.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We package every order carefully, but we know that sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at support@cubecraftcreations.com. Include your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll make it right. We stand behind every item we make.

Local Pickup

If you're in the Beaver Falls, PA area, local pickup is available! Just reach out to us at support@cubecraftcreations.com before placing your order to arrange a convenient time. Local pickup is a great way to skip shipping costs and say hello to the folks who made your order.

Holiday Shipping

The holiday season is our busiest time of year. To make sure your gifts arrive on time, we strongly encourage you to order early — ideally 2–3 weeks before you need them. We'll post holiday order deadlines on our homepage as the season approaches.
