Welcome to CubeCraft Creations! We're a small, veteran-owned family shop making 3D-printed and handcrafted items in Beaver Falls, PA. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree, please don't use our site or place an order.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.
Our Products
Our items are handmade or 3D printed, often to order. Because each piece is crafted individually, small variations in color, finish, texture, and dimensions are normal and are not defects — they're part of the character of a handmade product. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
Small parts warning: many of our miniature items are collectibles and display pieces, not toys. They may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard and are not intended for children under 3. Please keep small items away from young children and pets.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We do our best to keep pricing, availability, and product details accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation and begin processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to product unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you. For that reason they are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order involves custom details, please review any proof or specifications we share with you before we begin production.
Payment
We accept payment through Square and PayPal. Card payments (credit/debit) and Cash App Pay are handled by Square; you may also choose to check out with PayPal. Payments are processed securely by these providers at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details. By submitting payment, you authorize us (through Square or PayPal) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping timeframes, carriers, and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds — including our 30-day window and the exceptions for custom items — are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, designs, product images, text, and graphics — is owned by CubeCraft Creations or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our site lawfully and not to: interfere with or disrupt the site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; use the site to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content; or use automated tools to scrape or copy content without permission. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who misuses the site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we stand behind our craft and will always try to make things right, to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CubeCraft Creations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CubeCraft Creations from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties — such as Square and PayPal for payments and USPS/UPS for shipping — to run our shop. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to orders placed after the update, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
