How custom projects work

  1. Tell us your idea using the form — the more detail, the better.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with feasibility, options, timing, and a price.
  3. Once you approve, we craft it and keep you posted along the way.

Have reference photos or links? Just mention them in your message and we’ll follow up by email so you can share them. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
