CubeCraft Creations is a family-owned, veteran-operated small shop in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. We respect your privacy and only collect information we need to run our store, fulfill orders, and answer your questions.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone (if you provide it), and items purchased.
- Payment information: card or Cash App Pay details are entered on Square’s secure checkout — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Contact and support messages: whatever you send us via email or our contact form.
- Basic site usage: standard web server logs and cookies needed for shopping carts, checkout, and account sign-in (via WordPress and WooCommerce).
- Advertising and measurement: pages you view, items you add to your cart, and orders you complete, collected through the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can measure our ads and show relevant ones. This may include your IP address, browser details, and a Meta cookie or advertising identifier.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, respond to support requests, improve our products and website, measure and target our advertising, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited browsing and purchase activity with Meta so we can advertise our shop, and some U.S. state privacy laws treat that kind of sharing for targeted advertising as a “sale” or “share.” You can opt out at any time — see Advertising and analytics below.
Service providers
We work with trusted partners who process data on our behalf, including:
- Square — payment processing and related fraud prevention for checkout.
- Mailgun (or similar email delivery) — transactional email such as order confirmations when configured for our site.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) — delivery of packages to the address you provide.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising and conversion measurement, so we can show relevant ads and understand which ads lead to orders.
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
Advertising and analytics
Our site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It reports activity such as page views, add-to-cart events, and completed orders so we can measure how our ads perform and show our products to people likely to be interested. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you if you use Facebook or Instagram.
You can limit or stop this at any time:
- Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
- Use your browser’s cookie controls, a tracking blocker, or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
- Email us and we will honor your opt-out request.
Retention and security
We keep order and support records as long as needed for business, tax, and customer-service purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and order-fulfillment requirements. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails if we send any — order-related messages will still be sent when needed to complete your purchase.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
