Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. Every item in our shop is handmade or 3D printed right here in Beaver Falls, PA, and we stand behind our craft. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund for the price of the item.
We Cover Return Shipping
Returns are on us. When you start a return, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you — you won't pay a cent to send eligible items back. Just pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier noted on the label.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Final Sale Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because these items are created just for you, we're unable to restock or resell them.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — including any shipping you paid. This applies to custom and made-to-order pieces too.
How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your prepaid return label and next steps.
